Made an apt and was giving a date of 4/9 around 4 . I forgot the time and I called in to verify and the young man said he couldnt find me or my dog in the system . I constantly had to keep spelling my name and dogs name . After 10 minutes of nonsense I asked him to get help from the owner or manager. Waited another 5 minutes and the owner came to the phone and was very rude and disrespectful. She went into hearsay and was mad because she said I didnt like how she groomed my baby on the last visit. I stayed to her that I wasnt being rude her and asked her to respect me . She kept over talking me and being rude and I couldnt take it anymore she got cussed out.
I find her to be a prejudice witch. You cant claim to be a Christian and be evil at the same time . No I didnt say anything to you when you groomed him because you left , because the store was closed . Then you over charged me 10$ . When I dropped him off I was told 40$ and at pickup it was 55$.
BBB will be contacted!!!! Had I known that you were the owner then , It would have a different outcome.
