Ken was so patient and knowledgeable. He explained how our systems worked and what would work best for our situation. He had his crew out to us quickly to run some tests and install a brand new water heater and reroute or propane lines. We couldn't be happier. They've definitely earned a repeat customer out of us! Ken Adams mechanical did an excellent job filling us in on options and then installing a heat pump/a/c with back up electric, and a hummidifier. They also corrected electric circuits and breakers that had been incorrectly joined previously, kept us informed of progress during installation, and showed us how to use the different systems.
