Just wanted to give a shoutout to Koda with R and R Star towing. He came out for what fortunately ended up being just a jump tonight and not a tow. Super efficient, friendly and funny. Thanks Koda, we appreciate you!!

I have been waiting 4 hours for the tow guy when estimate was 2. But even after 4 hours he didn't show up nor will he answer his phone or even call back. Save yourself the hassle and ask for another company from the get go. It's cold and I'm standing as a female outside and my phone is about to die. This is not only super unprofessional but also unethical.

I called my service provider AAA for a tow to get my car that I had just purchased in my name and between AAA and the tow company they would not tow my car because it didnt have license plates but was registered in my name so the driver kept calling his boss asking what should he do all and all they wouldnt tow my car. No help

My insurance people sent 3 trucks and couldn't do what R&R Star did the first go around and get my Jeep on a flatbed. Sure, I paid out of pocket, but they were fast and got the job done. They are in my speed dial.
