Barbara's Flower Shop exceeded my expectations! The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience a delight. I'll definitely be returning for all my floral needs!

Really bad service. I ordered two arrangements to be delivered at the same place. They delivered only one. I called them and they told me that they are going to send the 2nd one later. I said ok. After 3 hours, they delivered the 2nd one. When they delivered the 2nd one, they told my wife: the arrangement comes with a balloon but we are going to deliver it later. How can you think that it is an appropriate way to deliver a floral arrangement? Am I supposed to do the arrangement myself? Really bad serviceVery disappointed. I called them to talk about what happened and they just hanged the phone. The didnt even say they were sorry. The balloon hasnt been delivered yet

My girlfriend received sypathy flowers from a friend because her mother recently passed away.They were delivered to her house and left on her front porch when temperatures were in the 20s. No one knocked on the door or called her phone number that was on the card. As a result, her flower arrangement suffered from being out in the freezing cold and only lasted a few days. So disappointing! I tried to call, emailed, and got no answer or reply. I like to send flowers to my girlfriend on special occasions, but they won't come from Barbara's Floral.

Flower quality was amazing, and they had stellar customer service. They helped with which flowers and how much and really just walked me through it. They felt genuinely helpful and not just trying to add on additions/extra charges.

Hands down the nicest and most accommodating floral shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I wont go anywhere else from now on! Thank you so much!
