Seth Church is an artist and perfectionist. If he can think it he can build it. His own house and home office is a showplace of his building skills, artistic design, award winning landscape, innovative concrete techniques . Concrete is labor intensive & good help is hard to find. Seth does most of the work himself
Reading the other review of someone who only worked a few days before an unfortunate accident does not at all represent the many years of actual work that Seth has done for satisfied customers or how many people he has given opportunity, training & employment.

I was employed at All Phase Concrete for just a week before I left. I want that to be clear first and foremost and would like to make it clear that the work he provides is OK. This review will hopefully open eyes to everyone willing to read. Working with Seth is not something I would recommend in any situation. I was repeatedly injured on the job due to his lack of concern for my safety. Even when PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment ) was available he would not let me use. In this case it was a headlamp because I was helping him repair his roof in the dark at 6am. I asked and he said I don’t need it. ( keep in mind he made it clear I don’t ask questions and do what I was told immediately as I was told. ) about 2 minutes into me working on the roof with him on the clock I was told to cut a thin black roofing material. It was dropped down the side of his house and he told me to cut it 2feet below the gutter. He was yelling at me to do it before I could even get off the ladder so I was moving quickly like he said. I cut about half of this 3-4 feet wide roofing material and then fell back into a window well that I could not see because of the darkness and I had not been on this part of his property before. I fractured my toes and lost both big toe nails just because he was unwilling to give me a chance to use a headlamp. Now please ask yourself this.. if you really care about your customers and the product you leave shouldn’t you also take care of your employees who work day and night for you? I quit later that day after he made me grab rusty nails for him with cut up hands. I got tetanus. He never turned in my w-4 and has no “recollection” of me working there. He has stolen my tools which are everything to me as a concrete finisher and refuses to return them and Seth also refuses to pay me for the work I performed for him based on the hourly wage we had discussed. Seth Church took advantage of knowing i was short on rent and used it to his advantage, if he's willing to do this to his employees how do you think he's going to treat you or your property? so again i warn you to be alert of any and everything when dealing with Seth Church
