      image Walked in and the old lady with glasses did not even greet my family and I. I then showed her a ring on the zales website and asked if she had it in stock. She said only $139? no its not real gold and if you wash your hands it will come off. Ummmmm ok lady? I knew I wanted a gold plated tungsten ring for my husband and after that comment she just ignored me so we walked out. Horrible customer service. Go to Kay jewelers instead.
