The people at the front desk are so rude. I had to call the police to my work and called the non-emergent line. I live in Lynn but work in swampscott so I accidentally called the Lynn department. When I got transferred, the women who picked up the phone continued to belittle me because I called Lynn and not swampscott. She had an attitude the whole time and said “I really don’t know why you’d call Lynn when you’re in swampscott. I mean it’s just stupid.” So glad the department treats people like this

Lynn police department needs to truly look at the officers/sergeant they are letting patrol Ontario st for school drop off. Sergeant hunter has Racially targeted me and lied that I was on my phone while driving ( I will like to see this proof ) before proceeding to tell me to move from a drive through space which I understood. Moments later I have video of multiple people parking in that same exact space with him just watching while him and his pal officer mason proceeded to just watch and talk with fellow friends who were dropping kids off and did not say a word about their parking. This is extremely unprofessional if you tell one certain group of people to move this same energy should be advised to all groups of people no matter their complexion. Going forward there needs to be active video recordings of these type officers. I cant trust my black child around officers who see color. And today is only day 4 of school this is pathetic and sad.
