Google Steve Houran before you hire him. He did extremely poor quality work for me. I am not going to give more details because he also threatened retaliation. The 4 and 5 star reviews here and on Home Advisor are almost certainly fake.

We hired Steve to renovate kitchen, 3 bathrooms , living room , dining room. We had water dripping on to dining room ceiling because shower tiles were not properly installed. We called Steve immediately and his response was its been a year so legally Im not responsible. We have constant squeaking from our hard wood floors. Ceilings and walls you can see bumps poor tape on joints. The kitchen he installed New cabinets then drilled holes inside to run wires for lighting. Hard wood floors have gaps and jagged cuts .
Extremely poor quality work in kitchen, bathroom, Sheetrock , painting electrical... I wouldnt recommend Steve for a public bathroom .
We lost our money doing business with houran construction DONt Loose yours.

The walls were removed by another company that had damaged your tiles, we spoke about this. This does not fall within any guarantees for this company. Furthermore, you reached out to us 2 years after we had completed the original work.
