High quality AFOs, I have been with Kinetic Research for many years and gone thru at least six sets of AFOs for foot drop and paralyzed below the knees. The custom braces have me walking and standing tall.

Not all braces are made the same! These are subpar at best. Caused severe damage to my knee. I won't talk negatively about the orthotist/owner, I believe he is looking to help others and make a good product but for some with advanced nerve damage and muscle atrophy (Charcot Marie tooth) these may not be your best option. Word to the wise....if your knee is fighting the brace and hurting, stop wearing them immediately! I wish I had known this before I damaged my knee, requiring surgery and now 8 yrs later, a total knee replacment and years of pain and suffering all the way.
