We spent almost a year looking for house down here in Texas. We looked at many properties over a 4 month span visiting here. I called Sandra one day because we were having troubles with real estate agents making time on our schedule to look at houses. Sandra showed us all 4 houses we wanted to look at that day-literally 15 minutes after our call. She gave us the full history of Diboll and why it is such a wonderful town to live in. Now to make a very long story short-we put in multiple bids on houses that were accepted-but a lot of houses in Texas are fixed up for sale-new paint and floors-all pictures on the online sites are taken by professional photographers-so they make them look amazing! And even in person-to the naked eye they look good-but the houses failed inspections from everything underneath the smoke and mirrors. We were going to just rent for a year and see-and when I told Sandra to find us a house that she would want here kids to move into-she said she would keep looking. A month later she sent us a link to this house in Diboll-she was not the listing agent either-and said that this is one she would approve of. Well, we looked at pics online and put our bid in-and we bought it. It is amazing!!! It is everything we were looking for and we are finally home in Texas!! Sandra might be the most caring and understanding real estate agent I have met yet. She is smart, honest, and old world southern charm is why I wanted to love back here to begin with, and she has that covered to a Texas t. If you are looking ANYWHERE within an hour of Diboll for a home-call Sandra first! This woman is blessed-and blesses the people she helps as well.
