      Key Animal Clinic has been serving pets on the South Plains for more than 50 years now! We are a full-service small animal veterinary clinic, with a special interest in dogs, cats, small exotic pets, senior pets and we offer integrative medicine, with a certified veterinary acupuncturist on staff. From basic preventative medicine, to advanced surgeries, and post operative care we offer a wide variety of services for our clients. We strive to provide high quality care for our patients, with excellent communication and compassion being a top priority.       image Professional pleasant staff. My only gripe, I would like to see a waiting room for cats, and a waiting room for dogs, with zero chance of the two meeting. Instead it is a sizable main waiting room, cats area on the left, dog area on the right, but the possibility exists a dog could get loose and wander over into the cat area.

      Thank you for the review Thomas. We appreciate your concern for our waiting area, and would like you to know we did try diligently to create good separation between the two species when we designed the waiting area. Our goal was to minimize pet stress during visits, while at the same time remaining in compliance with city ordinances for handicap accessibility. We do provide a pony wall, and large space between our dog and cat waiting areas, but understand it is not a completely closed off space. We hope you will continue to trust us with your pet's care in the future! Take care
