If I could I wouldn't give it a single star, what a rude lady treated me, she closed the window in my face, it seems that since I was the last, she was desperate to go home, I don't know her name, she was a lady Very rude mulatto, how is it possible that they ask for different requirements to process the same thingI think she was trying to say that those who work there do their jobs poorly, but I think she shouldn't work there

What is wrong with the man who stands at the door? He seems like he has dementia and is in the aggressive stage. How do I know this? Ive been a nurse 35 years.

I have worked with Social Security for over 46 years as a claimants representative and used to the Lubbock SSA Office was the best! Notice I said used to...now I can officially state that for the last year + that it is the WORST office. I hope that they will be worked over soon and that it will improve. Rude people, NO return calls, hard to contact as they cut off the phone call after you have been waiting over 30 minutes for someone to answer.. Other offices answer for them and some of them have stated that this office is bad about the phones.
