They have been great to me both times I went there.. the staff was very helpful.. and if you don't like the test tube cat scan.. this is the right place to go.. thank y'all very much for the service.

My former attorney sent me to Lubbock Open ir MRI after my accident. The attorney was responsible for the bill. But instead they came after me instead of going after the attorney. They felt I was an easier target, so they tried to bully me into paying the bill.
I reported the situation to the Better Business Bureau when they put it into collection. They didn't respond to the Better Business Bureau because they knew they were in the wrong. This is what Better Business Bureau had to say about it...
"The business' failure to respond to your complaint is taken quite seriously. The complaint will be reported on their public profile for the next three years and will negatively impact their rating with BBB."
Now I'm going to have to report them to the attorney generals office for falsely messing up my credit.
Avoid this company if you can. So you don't have to go through the same situation that I'm going through.

Actually was a very comfortable experience considering I am a little claustrophobic but it wasn't so bad after all is said and done they had good music playing and the machine is not as claustrophobic as ones I've been to in the past.

Waited for over 30 days for an appointment told to be there at 8:00 am filled out paperwork then was told the technician to perform the service wasnt there and didnt know when someone would be available absolutely unacceptable my time is valuable and for a business that provides a medical service to not provide when scheduled is ridiculous!!!!
