Unbelievable! There were 10 people in the waiting room with only 1 worker in the office! I made an appointment online and didnt get in till 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time!

The sign in kiosk is sooooo NASTY with some sort of residue and I desperately wanted to sanitize or wash my hands but I couldn't do either because NONE of their hand sanitizer or soap dispensers had working batteries not even in the lab draw room! I am so disgusted and in shock! The soap dispenser in the lab draw room was also not functioning and I was only able to rinse. Management, you guys need to seriously look into this location. Im surprised infection control hasnt caught this!! Hand washing (sanitizer usage also) is one of the BASIC things to prevent spread of infection and this place is LACKING!! WOW! Also I had to request a bandaid on the first stick that was missed to not get blood on my sweater and she acted like it was an inconvenience. I hate complaining but it was the most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with.

Extremely rude staff, phlebotomist just acted put out. Someone needs to fire her or at least council her. Terrible, I'm surprised they're still in business.

The girl at the front desk is so insultive and disrespectful she needs to be replaced immediately.
