      I'm sorry you feel that your experience was less than excellent. At OccMed Associates, we strive for total excellence in patient care. We researched your comments and the people's picture you posted were at the clinic for an etirely different reason than your spouse. We see injuries, physicals, x-rays, drug screens and various services at our clinic. When people come in, the type of service they recieve dictates the set of rules for any one who wishes to accompany them into the clinic privacy area. Some of the privacy rules that are in place are not our rules, but actually are federal requirements and cannot be violated.       David I'm sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, when patients are here for urine drug tests, it is a matter of security. Additionally, many of our patients have urine testing for physicals and in the past were usind the bathroom prior to being seen for their physical then were unable to produce a urine spicemen. We always strive to discuss with each client what is going to be needed for their visit before they make the trip to the bathroom and potentially complicate their required urine sample they must produce when they are taken back to the clinic.

      We are a walk in clinic and unfortunately, injuries are seen first. We have several staff working each hour doing a variety of services, never just 1 person. I’m sorry for your wait, we have 2 locations and direct clients to the other location if we are able to, to avoid long wait times. The Lubbock hiring market is at a record high right now and we are working with every employer to expedite their pre-hiring process including after hour drugs screening and weekends.

      Unfortunately we have not provided services for Cyle Allen. We only have records of scheduling him twice and he canceled both appointments and that he was annoyed with the scheduling protocol and testing process his prospective employer requires.
