Overcharged me by $375 for my appointment and I have been calling their billing department constantly trying to obtain my refund and still do not have it 6 months later.

Sign says they take lunch and stop doing shots at 12p which is fine so they can go to lunch. I went before 11:45 and they told were told now and escorted out of the door and told it was too late. If you are going to make your own hours don't post anything on the door and waste people's time. Do you job and follow your own hours.

Dr. Morris is an amazing practitioner. For the first time since I can remember, I am able to breathe clearly! She and the other staff are all very kind and helpful. Thank you for your wonderful bedside manner and knowledge.

My child was a patient of Dr. Becks for many years. Her and her staff at the time were absolutely wonderful. We now see Heather Morris and she has been wonderful as well. I cant say the same for the rest of the new staff that are there now. We came in recently for my childs appointment. We were not acknowledged at all when we came in. No other patients were being waited on. We stood for a couple minutes before the women behind the computer looked up from her phone and finally acknowledged us. Very disrespectful! Someone I have never encountered here at this office or anywhere clearly had an issue with me. She was short and curt. Attitude was very unkind. Then she must of told other staff because the disrespect and inconsiderate attitudes continued into the exam room. The nurse aids were short. They would ask a question to my daughter and didnt allow her to finish an answer before going to the next. Even though I was clearly upset, I was respectful towards them the whole time. I definitely gave these women grace! My child clearly saw the bad behavior as well. Fortunately, everything was wonderful once Heather stepped in. Im a nurse as well taking care of patients everyday and the way your staff treat patients is a huge reflection on your business. Do better!!
