Terrible honestly. I went there a couple of times because they have a good price but the quality control is ridiculous. They didn't remove all of my previous nail polish and left it on. The cut and shape was not at all what I asked for. I did a french manicure and it was horrendous and misshapen.
Furthermore, they completely rushed me. They lined up an appointment right after me and were talking to her and didn't focus on my nails and it made me feel really rushed and uncomfortable. I won't be going there again.

I get my eyebrows and upper lip area done here all the time and no problems. She even ask me how Im doing and I ask her the same. But this time she burned my skin with the wax and I will not be going back at all.
