      image Very, very nice and honest staff! Kings Acres has reasonable rates with automatic draft payments. I dont even think about it. We have been renting a unit for a little over two years. Its clean, dry, and has very easy 24 hour access. Plus, its in a safe and convenient location.

      image Spoke to 2 reps and arranged to come in and sign the contract. Received another call back stating they would be there to meet me when I arrive. Then received a text message saying it isnt available, whilst on my way to the unit. (This was all in under an hour). Very disappointed with their lack of organization.
