I live in Phoenix and flew in town to have Betty Manage my dental procedures- she was excellent in coordinating with all the necessary doctors and did a superior job with her dentistry part. She's really smart, and I would only trust her to project manage my teeth and Dental work. I will fly back for the rest of my work because she is thorough and highly skilled.

Just spoke with this office on the phone. The receptionist was very rude. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to ask questions and made me feel like I was wasting her time.

Dr. Burton and her staff are very hospitable and helpful! Definitely a great local Louisville doctor.

I would advise anyone seeking dental work NOT to use Dr Betty Burton at Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Four of my family members were patients and all were given wrong treatments and advise. So bad that to fix the damage that she has caused from treatments that did not need to be done or were done incorrectly, it has caused them hours upon hours of repair in the new dentists office, surgeries and thousands of dollars to fix her damage that could have been prevented if she had diagnosed them correctly. I am not a disgruntled patient, just simply have observed the hurt, time and damage she has incurred to my loved ones. In 2 of the cases, in my opinion, I feel that she took advantage of senior citizens. She acted unprofessionally throughout. I would advise anyone to be very cautious before obtaining her services.
