My company has been dealing with Jim since 2019 and I can honestly say, he is without question the most reliable sales rep I have ever dealt with. One text or email for blades or cutting fluid and its ALWAYS there. As long as Jim is there, I will be a customer for life. He is truly someone you can rely on.

Jim Monteith what would I do without this guy. I think I could call him at midnight and he would make sure our gases are where I need them the next morning. He is so dependable and so helpful with any issues (which as long as Jim is taking care of us there are usually no issues). Thanks so much Jim for all you do every day.

We have been using Holston for several years and Jim has done a great job for us. He is very easy to reach as well. We were out of gas and texted Jim at 6pm. We had new tanks delivered the next morning by 9am
