They do great work and at a very reasonable price. They take the time to explain whats going on with the vehicle and make sure you are comfortable with their repair plans before they start work. Before finding Barnes I used a different shop that never had any type of personal touch. Barnes makes sure to keep that so you feel confident bringing your vehicle back to them. Ill definitely be recommending them to others looking for a similar experience.

Service advisors I spoke with were very enthusiastic and helpful. They asked questions and were very detailed with their intake report. The diagnostic and repair report was sent via link for me to review. I was quoted a competitive price with warranty for repairs. Anytime I called they were positive and friendly. I appreciate their attitude towards customers. Thanks.
