My first time not to happy White car only had it 8 months, I'm surprised at the dirt left that I removed after getting home! I bought the #4 I'll give it another try when needed then hopefully i will give a better review,

My husband took my H3 to this car wash on 03/22/24. We have been to this car wash numerous times, had a membership for a couple of years. Needless to say the mirror on the passenger side was ripped off. Not only broken but the entire housing with wiring was ripped off. My husband immediately spoke with a representative of the car wash and was informed that the owner (Dennis) would be in touch. I received a call from the owner today (6 days later) informing me that due to the age of the truck they WILL NOT replace anything. As I explained to Dennis there was nothing wrong with my mirror when my truck was brought there and his company should cover something. Dennis refused. I would not recommend anyone to visit this car wash because if you car is damaged it is likely that you will not get any assistance in getting it replaced. Terrible customer service. Please help me in spreading the word about the terrible customer service that was received at Timmy's Car Wash by the owners Dennis and Melissa. I am POSITIVE that I am not the first to experience this nor will I be the last but if I can prevent anyone else from this type of service I'm winning! This type of customer service is not a good look coming from a business owner much less a small business owner! You would think that small business owners (Dennis and Melissa) would at least try to accommodate the patrons that have had a membership for years! DO NOT GO TO TIMMY'S CAR WASH Dennis and Melissa apparently don't value the business.
