I was given a “Congrats on your baby” balloon gift from a family member made by this company. It was delivered to me only a few days after coming home from having my baby. I was tending to my newborn & the older woman who delivered the balloon to me knocked so loud on my door that it sounded like she was going to beat down my door. As soon as she started knocking, I told her to please wait a minute (as I tended to my newborn) and she kept banging louder and louder on my door. It was extremely unprofessional & rude, especially considering she was delivering me a “Congrats on your baby” gift. I’m only giving this company 3 stars & not 1 because it is a local business & the balloon arrangement was nice.
