Highly recommended contemporary furniture store. I purchased a kitchen table, chairs, and some lamps at the store. The sales person, Chris, was helpful and everything turned out great. I have returned to the store again and have recommended it to friends.

Purchased two Stressless recliners that were delivered on 9/15/2023. When shopping, our experience at the store was great. Sales personnel were available to answer any questions, but did not push and allowed us to sit in the chairs on several occasions without interuption. When ready, a sales associate wrote up an estimate of the order that we took with us and later returned to purchase the chairs. Everything came off professionally and without a snag. Chairs were delivered by an escellent team headed by a guy named Mike, who was more than happy to place the chairs. Having had two days to enjoy the chairs, we are both pleased with the purchase. They are of outstanding quality and very comfortable.

I went into this gallery looking for bathroom faucet. Upon entering, no one greeted me. They were very busy, but sales people made eye con6with me and never said any... Not even someone will be with you shortly, feel free to look around, nothing!! I browsed, saw one faucet I was very interested in, but I couldn't inquire with anyone after standing around for 15 minutes. I went in there one other time about a year ago, and the same thing, no one would help me and they were not that busy that time. The gallery was very nice. This place and one other place diagonally across Shelbyville Rd next to the gas station/flooring store, never acknowledged me and have lost a potential customer. You're never too busy to say hello and greet someone. This is #1 I customer service 101; always greet the customer regardless of how busy you are or not matter how they look.
