      image I went to my doctor on 3/12 and have had 4 conversations with Apria to try and get my replacement items but keep having to have one conversation or visit at a time to still not have my items and not even knowing if they are on the way. Very frustrating from a customer prospective.

      image Terrible customer service. Was hung up on 1 then wait time 9 minutes. Machine stopped working had to come into office. Then was given new machine that must have been cheaper with improper tubing. Terrible service
