I felt like my experience at this restaurant transcended from normal surf and turf into the realm of seafood ecstasy. Brendons is the greatest seafood establishment in Louisville, nay, the greatest seafood establishment in the Western Hemisphere, and it all because of Ross. Before Ross I was a young fine dining Padawan; after Ross I emerged a fine dining Jedi. Ross is the prophet of fine Louisville bourbons. He is an all-seeing and all-knowing bourbon steward and he steered me away from the falsehood of ripping shots of Fireball in the basement of the Kappa Sig house and towards the truth of enjoying the subtle flavor nuances of Bardstown. All hail Ross
