Best California Insurance

I had many insurance companies in the past, I never had a vehicle change fee never. When I called to switch vehicles on the policyholder they NEVER told me by the way if you change vehicles there is a fee. Had to pay $185 fee just to change vehicles. Paid over $5K on insurance, lack of customer service, this is the last time I use this broker for insurance services. Next time Ill shop for a service somewhere else, a place with more TRANSPARENCY

Violet has been extremely helpful, we've probably have had mercury insurance for over 3 years now and everytime we have any questions violet is there to help .
I've spoken to maria as well and she too was able to assist me when violet was busy
Everyone here is very welcoming and have such a good positive attitude I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent Service!
Overall a great find for me. Fast and efficient this place provides DMV service as well which saved me a trip to the dreaded DMV.
