I have a General Body on truck I purchased through Toms Truck Center. I stopped by to ask for help with adding some tool boxes. Ran into Federico ( I think) in parking lot. Very helpful employee. Will call in to make appointment to get work done with Patty. She was also helpful.

The parts department sucks, they cant even give you a tracking #
for the parts they ship. Would not recommend any one to do business with them. They wont call you back . Never again!!

We ordered a walk ramp for a truck in our shop. It was ordered Dec 26,2018, It was suppose to arrive in 2-3 weeks. . We tell our customer ( remember they are renting a truck at this point) Jimmy Martinez emails requesting the other 1/2 of payment 1/28/19 No problem He's going to ship ramp to Vegas week goes by No ramp. They are on credit hold for not paying the freight company. Feb 5, 2019 We finally get the ramp. The ramp is correct All the email's and back and forth Just trying to get product They had the money for .... Lot of additional stress not needed
