This hotel is great. Unfortunately I was promised at check-in that seating at the Italian restaurant was not a problem. I went to the restaurant and was refused service "because we just seated a big party" Samantha the manager of the restaurant was called who also refused to seat me in a condensening way. Then macarrena came over and instead of deescalating the situation she also said it was not possible. She is a poor manager and should be fired. I went back to take pictures to show what the dining room looked like and she threatened to call security. She literally told me I was going to be removed from the hotel. Completely unacceptable.

Nice hotel with good staff. Theres a complimentary shuttle to the nearby ski resorts. And if you want to snowshoe, you can borrow them from the hotel.

I found blood on my sheets when I first got to my room. They also double charged me for the room on a different visit. Overall, this place has a lot of problems
