A horrible Hilton hotel - they claim to be 4 star but don't provide even basic things in the room such as a mini bar or coffee/tea facilities. No recognition of your membership until you remind them. Front desk staff are mechanical and do the bare minimum. Definitely no service - don't expect them to help open the doors or with your luggage - they are too busy yakking or on their cellphones. Such a poor Hilton experience.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and I find the stay disappointing. I booked a king sized urban room, I was surprised by how small the room was, there was barely enough place to open my suitcase, and you cant even fully open the door to the shower. During my stay, the WiFi didnt work, and like others had mentioned the ac/ventilation unit was very very loud throughout the night. I requested late check out, as a diamond member, I was given 12:30pm, I understand they may be overbooked but during the 1 hour and half extension, I had two staffs knocking on my door and ask if I am going to checkout. On the positive side, front desk staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Room was really small and poorly designed. Bathroom translucent wall with motion detecting lights would be terrible for more than one person staying in the room. Very little storage space. Desk and chair was high up which made them less comfortable to use and to sit on to put on shoes and things. Found a dirty used q-tip on the floor of the bathroom. Front desk was unstaffed for a few minutes when I arrived which made me have to wait to check in. They neglected to tell me that I had a $25/day credit with the restaurant. On the plus side, when I decided to check out a day early they said I could without paying for the last night (although one person at the front desk said I could and another said I couldn't which made it more nerve racking).

Hotel is underwhelming. WiFi is slow. Rooms are small. Lots of street noise. It is a short walk to convention center or staples stadium. Does not feel safe at night. Would take Lyft/ Uber. Staff was very friendly. Bar upstairs was very nice.
