For whatever reason, I thought they charged me for something that I didnt receive I went in there a little upset, but com the gentleman I spoke to was helpful tried to get to the bottom of it. Even the person who helped me at the time was very courteous and it turned out. I was wrong. I did get it and I did buy it and I apologized However, I want to complement them for how they handled the whole situation. So thank you

The cashiers were aggressively asking people if they were okay with the fact that the item they were purchasing was not returnable (as they were trying to buy it!!), despite the company policy being clearly posted on the back of the receipt stating otherwise. They were obviously lying in hopes that customers would be intimidated enough to not attempt the return and to inflate their store numbers. I had no issue returning the same item I had to purchase from another store on a different occasion so I'll be completely avoiding this location in the future. I hope other people do the same as the cashiers' attitudes are unacceptable. At least, until the franchise owners get the hint and toss the whole lot of them out for making a bad name out of their brand.

Unhelpful and incompetent employees that dont understand good customer service or simple business. Been here twice on separate occasions where weve been turned away but another store had no issues in helping.
One of the times we needed to return a product but they told me to go to the original store. Another store told us that what we were told was not true and actually attempted to help us. We ended up expanding for the right item and getting additional ones.
Second occasion where they told me they couldnt price match and only price matched auto stores. This is also not true. I ended up going to another store who price matched and ended up spending more money. Turning a customer away over a legitimate $4 price match to make $0 makes very little sense. Again not very business savvy.
