I have been traveling for quite a bit & I have to day Core Medstaff has been an amazing agency , Especially Adam Vargas, he has been very proactive, especially with extending my contract I was was the first & to add I have never had a discrepancy with my pay check . I highly recommend Core Med staffing & youll be very lucky if Adam is your recruiter. Best of luck

I've been traveling with Core for about 3 years now and a travel nurse for 5 years. My recruiter is Adam Vargas and he is hands down the best recruiter. He is very responsive and always gets me the contract I want with the pay I want. This company is not one of those bait and switch, whatever you signed in your contract is what they honor. This company also has many perks such as core events where you can go to concerts or different outings they planned. The recruiters will sometimes bring you lunch or dinner to the facility. This company really takes care of their nurses. I wish this company extends to other parts of California and not just LA area and San Bernardino areas.

Ive been traveling for about half my career and Ive found your recruiter is the face of the company you go with. I used Adam Vargas at Core and he was terrible. He is a lazy and doesnt seem to care, youre just a paycheck to this guy. I wouldnt trust any assignment he puts you in for because of it falls through (which happens occasionally) he disappears as well. Initially had payroll issues with the company but those were resolved after week 3 or 4. Dont waste your time with onboarding with this place find a company with good recruiters.
