The Delta variant building. Tons of people, mostly and vaccinated, who belligerently refuse to wear masks in the elevator and stand right next to you and don’t respect social distancing at all. Management does nothing to enforce it.

I absolutely love this complex! The staff is exceptional and they’re very attentive. The events they hold for the tenants are really fun. Huge shout out to Steve for being the best leasing agent out there!

Theres nothing glamorous about the management or sales staff. You can not even get in touch with management by phone or email. Apparently, they have too many phone calls from their residents that they are unable to answer calls since the building is shady.
There is loud noise from the construction that goes Monday - Saturday that starts at 7am. I wish I knew this before signing my lease.
Biggest complaints:
--> They make recycling very difficult even though they say they are eco friendly
--> It takes about 3-5 mins to get hot water for my shower or kitchen sink.
--> loud noises from people throwing parties in their units and construction
--> Parking is difficult for visitors, theres lots of meter parking, however, theres lots of homeless people that live at the parking meter. My girlfriend parked at one of these meters and was attacked by a homeless man.
--> not a nice area to walk around.
False advisement on the following Community Features:
--> Theres no Complimentary house bicycles
--> Theres no Synthetic-turf dog run
--> Rooftop Resident Lounge has been closed for no reason though they rent it for private events. They promised coffee at the lounge which has NEVER been offered.
I had high hopes about this building and loved the kelly wearstler design but theres too many negatives about this building.

Not only is this a beautifully designed building, with an incredible gym and breathtaking roof top pool, but the staff and management goes above and beyond. Any issue I have had has been resolved quickly, with care. Brian, who does over night security, always makes me feel so safe so that I can rest easy.
Through out the pandemic and even now the team is vigilante about sanitization and enforcing the mask policies to ensure everyone feels safe. The maintenance team is highly responsive as well. After search all over LA for the best place to live, I couldn't be happier with my choice.
