Lived here for about two years and overall enjoyed it.
Pros:
-Clean and well maintained
-Spacious rooms in return for small restroom (personal preference)
-Best location in dtla
-Service requests got resolved quickly. Didnt have to make many requests though.
Cons:
-Loud outside especially if youre facing the omni hotel. Cant even have the windows open all year round due to the hotels hvac(?) system.
-Guest parking is unreliable at times
-Leasing office ignores your emails.
-could sorta hear upstairs and downstairs neighbors

The automated phone messaging system hangs up on you if you select the "interested in leasing" option. Would appreciate if this issue can be fixed.

Great building, excellent staff, best location imaginable: easy public transport, 1 minute on to freeways (if you're into that), excellent music & food just steps away. New "Wellness Wednesdays a great addition: good workout right here, ages 20-60+ in the gym. Could not be happier with where I am living. Bunker Hill near DTLA is where it's at. Check it out.

Havent met lots of neighbours yet, but the ones already met, looks like nice & helpfull people. I see lots of young professionals living in Museum Tower building.
