It's hard to encapsulate in this tiny review how grateful I am for Erich Tompkinson's representation in my personal injury case. My case was a challenging one on many avenues, including gray area legalities, delays outside of our control, tough depositions, and intensive research. Erich and his paralegal Gino Diridonis investigations dug up the dirt and had the defense shook! Ultimately we prevailed with a settlement much higher than I was expecting (and well above my minimum threshold).
Obviously personal injury cases are stressful (mentally as well as physically if you are dealing with long term health issues resulting from your injury) and long (mine took 3 years), but they can be fun if you have a team like Erich and Gino. They are highly professional while being fun to engage with. Erich has a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence that he leverages to make you feel safe and cared for.
While I hope to never suffer a serious injury as a result of neglect again, I would use Erich and Gino as my attorney if I did. After having worked with them for 3 years we formed great banter, rapport, and I will miss their presence in my life.
