About a month ago I had scheduled an install and everything went great or so I thought. The install was normal and on time I was happy it was to easy. But it has cost me so much at this point it wasn’t even worth it. The tech that replaced my tires burned out my wheel lock. I unfortunately did not find out until I had a flat and was forced to destroy the wheel to get my tire off. I attempted to contact good year and they were absolutely no help. The mobile installed claimed that it was my doing for burning the lock. Stated it was the body shop where I had my vehicle that ruined it. Unfortunately that is not true the reason my vehicle was there for the instal is because that is where I work. I don’t think they were aware of that when they were ready to put the blame on someone else. I can clearly tell that it was burned out by using the gun to tighten way past what needs to be. I also know this because it was extremely difficult to remove any other bolt off my vehicle. Don’t go with this service unless you want it to cost you in the long run.
