Dr. Madani is great. He has treated both me and my now quite elderly father for at least 20 years, probably longer. His office is busy but the wait for a scheduled appointment once you arrive has never been out of line, and he never makes you feel like he's breezing in and out to get to the next patient as quickly as possible, He's friendly, he listens, and is responsive to your input and questions. He'll refer you to a specialist if warranted. The office staff is friendly and courteous. One time my mother was in the emergency room at Memorial and who came in? Dr. Madani (he was coincidentally working there that night). Another time my then father-in-law had had a heart attack, and there was Dr. Madani in the Los Al emergency area. He's the "Zelig" of doctors. Everywhere at the right time.

Dr. Madani is known for critical care dealing with especially older patients. He pulls in a team of specialists to aid in the patient"s diagnosis and treatment.  He is very accessible and frequents Los Alamitos Hospital generally on a daily basis.  He is an outstanding doctor who leaves no rock unturned when diagnosing -- except when the insurance company or Medicare steps in.
