Gracekids Academy was a disappointing experience for me, my wife and our child. Our child went to this daycare for close to six months. It started out promising. The teachers portrayed themselves as nice and caring and, hey, it was a Christian daycare. So we assumed we wouldn't need to worry about our child there.However, we soon learned differently. The school seems to have a one-size-fits-all mentality when it comes to the children, even the toddlers. Our child was constantly disciplined for what they called "behavior issues." Their idea of disciplining is by keeping our child from participating in math-science-tech activities -- activities that develop a young child's cognition. This happened nearly every day. Over time, we noticed a change in our once-happy child. Our child began to act quiet and isolated. It was extremely concerning.Not only this, but we caught one of the teachers verbally lashing at our child, and then at a later date, she lied about the way she interacted with our child. When we confronted the director about this, she suggested we not come back. They seem to hide behind Bible quotes to make it seem like they are genuine people, but this was the worst daycare experience.As for our child? We enrolled our child into a new daycare. We worried that this new daycare would say similar "behavioral problems" about our child. We did not want to be "those parents" in denial of our child's behavioral issues. But, thankfully, this daycare has given our child rave reviews. They say our child is outstanding in the classroom and, when we discussed our past daycare experience, this new daycare couldn't believe what they were hearing.In short: I do NOT recommend Gracekids Academy to anybody. I'm so glad we took our child away from this daycare before he began to experience some sort of trauma.

If you are looking for a school with a caring director, teachers, excellent curriculum, Christian instruction and values, then this is your school!!
It is great to see a school that not only focuses on academics but also puts a big emphasis on Character development and God. The curriculum focuses on important academic knowledge that will prepare children for Kindergarten. This is done both through academic instruction and learning through play. Christian instruction and character development are taught during morning instruction and through the weekly Chapel gatherings. During Chapel children learn worship songs and get the opportunity to act out fun Bible stories.
The school has two musicals during the year-a Christmas musical and a Spring musical. Parents love seeing their kids perform and the kids gain performance skills and confidence that will last a lifetime.
I can not say enough great things about this school! If you are looking for childcare I would encourage you to book a tour ASAP. This is not just a school, Its a family. You will feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door.

I wouldnt recommend this facility. I loved it at first but we quickly realized we werent welcomed there. They called us to pick up our children for every little thing. Our family was the only African American family at the center and despite being a Christian center we didnt feel welcomed. When we told them we were pulling our children, then didnt even ask why, they quickly packed up their stuff. The center was ran more like a cult, the teachers could never give any direct answers to questions or issues unless they speak to the director first. We had an awful experience at this center. Be careful!
Additionally, a lot of the reviews on here are written by the teachers there....I didnt know that before enrolling since I didnt know their names.

I am blessed to work at Grace Kids Academy for 13 years. I have 20 years combined experience with our sweet babies to our VPK class. I am so thankful for the opportunity to teach and minister to our kids and their parents. I love seeing them grow academically as well through Jesus. I love watching the kids come alive during chapel and learning times. I love working in such a loving and Christ-filled environment. I give a big shout out to our loving, and faithful leader/director-Ms Sandy! I give the glory to God! Thank you Jesus for you are awesome! Come set up a tour and visit our Academy!

I am an employee at GraceKids Academy and have been for two years. I am office staff and am involved in all the classrooms. Greeting all the parents and children are my favorite part of the day. This school is like no other school out there. We are all a family and treat the kids just as though they are part of the family. It is a blessing and honor to be a part of this team. The children are so loved and taken care of. We really enjoy watching the children play, learn about God and grow educationally. We would love for you to come in, take a tour and join our GraceKids family
