Dr Lockhart is a kind, compassionate doctor. We have been seeing him for a year now and our experience has been great. We see him once a month and if we have any questions between that time we will call, leave a message, and he always calls back in a reasonable time.
The ladies up front have always been super sweet and helpful. Im very thankful for him and his staff.

They treat their patients very inconsiderately. I dont want to go into the details. But, please steer clear of you dont want a terrible customer service experience.

Doesnt make the availability to properly care for patients. An appointment was rescheduled and pushed back a month then rescheduled again on their side to push it back further after being put on a new medication. Despite calling and requesting a visit asap due to how patient was feeling, they ignored the fact they NEEDED to be helped. Highly dont recommend if youd like to get actual help. Theyre worried about getting money only and thats why they dont work with insurance companies. This office should not play with peoples mental health.
