I've used this location for 10 years. Up until last year (2023) things were always smooth. Last year they were not open for the time they scheduled my appointment for. I schedule a year in advance and always have so this was not news to them. I arrived and had to return in an hour only to find out my usual person would not be there. The return still was not as smooth as prior years and I had to return a couple of other times to get things straight. I gave them a pass on that. This year one of the totals on my 1040 was not correct. I'm waiting on a fix. at 200.00 a pop I expect perfection, every time, all the time--NO EXCEPTIONS. I doubt I'll use them any longer after this year. Sad decline in service and accuracy. Management seems uninterested in correcting their decline too.
