Fantastic service! A truly beautiful building on Pine and always brings me back. The personal service is over and above. From teller to management always welcomed. Got the same service from branch on Anaheim in Long Beach. Very difficult situation again went beyond helping a client and problem resolved. Truly amazing!

Old, beautiful building right on Pine Ave in Downtown. A lot of the older painting can still be seen on the building and its signs- particularly the larger, faded one on the top that can be seen from a decent distance away.

This bank sucks. One time they had me and my accountant wait in the lobby for a whole hour to set up an account and then they kept looking at me and eventually I realized that they weren't going to open an account for me. It was like something from a movie where the guys were looking all awkward and said that they would be right there and instead they never came and spoke to me and I had to take a hint. Banks like this really shouldn't exist it's such an important service for the public there's no reason private bank should even have the right to discriminate.

Security guard opened door for me. Tellers helpful to my needs. Everyone seemed to notice me even though I use a walker.
