I had to make the tough decision of moving someone in. I was very nervous and not sure how the move would affect my friend. I have to say, the staff has been exceptional and my friend is now able to live his best life. He is always smiling now and more talkative. the care he receives has been a positive impact on his life and I and so excited!

This facility is very warm and inviting. Amalia (Admin) and Claudia (nurse) go above and beyond. During my first tour, I also observed many residence outside and participating and activities. A couple of them mentioned to me they were very grateful being there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

We are very fortunate to have found this place 10 years ago. Our family member has been there ever since and we are very grateful for the way they have cared for her during this time. Her levels of care have changed greatly over the years and Crofton has consistently risen and addressed whatever needs arose. The staff is exceptional and have been there a long time. They are qualified and attentive. They provide quality nursing and Med management, activities to engage residents, health management, financial and healthcare information to help reduce fraud and scams. They really care about their patients. This is evident from the top down as their management team is top notch. The nursing staff are caring, skilled, and qualified individuals who manage the residents many medications with accuracy and timeliness. The maintenance staff is amazing and always there to address any issues. The front desk staff is responsive and informative, housekeeping staff is great, and the dining room staff does an awesome job at providing excellent meals to all the residents. We are forever grateful to Crofton for taking care of our family member. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a residential care facility.

we toured the place, and it was very wonderful very clean, people were friendly. We're very pleased. My mother moved in a month later, and we have been very pleased with the service. The staff always are very pleasant, seem to love their jobs, and when you ask them a question they smile and respond very kindly. The meals are wonderful and my mom is so very happy. It is a lot better than the last place she was at and we are so grateful that she is being cared for so well if there's any issues or problems or concerns they always call and let us know. When I call to ask questions or give them information, I am never made to feel like I am bothering them. We are trying now to get my older disabled sister in the facility because I know she will be well cared for. It is so nice to have a place where you know your family is safe and cared for. where the staff are caring and love their jobs it makes such a difference.
