I've been seeing Dr Bon doc since i was an infant, i wish i wouldn't have. she recommended me dieting when i was 12, i am not over weight but she told me that i'm obese. when i had an eating disorder and was losing weight her and her staff said "keep up whatever you're doing" these people know nothing. my mother would cry to her about personal stuff and she'd blame me and even tried to say i'm bipolar. DONT send your children to this place. this is in perspective as the child because i noticed you all are the parents. i tried to confront them about what they told me when i had an eating disorder and they acting like i wasn't there or i didn't say anything. i also had a chronic issue (tonsillitis), nothing related to weight, and she ignored it, tested me for strep even though i told her i know i don't i always get tested at urgent cares, and only listened when my mom had told her. i'm an adult now and i still get nightmares about this place.

1. Front office assistants who answers the phones completely incompetent and always rude as if it's an inconvenience to assist people when you're in the field of helping and service! Lack training and need more professionalism 2. Never available when you need to see the doctor 3. Since our old pediatrician passed away we got assigned to this Dr and never once has my children been able to see her! 5. So frustrating trying to see this Dr I never recommend her and her office to anyone! 6. I had to be so rude to her office assistant just to the point where the Dr finally got on the phone to speak with me! TERRIBLE SERVICE!  You're a Dr act like you care maybe your review will get a 5 star

The lady in the front name CAREN is a very disrespectful person very rude , unprofessional . Needs better service as far as people in the front.
