      image This is a place for crewmen/seafarers can go and play pool, use computers to send email home, play video games and just relax away from their ships for a while. Of course they have to have a visa to be on US soil, and I am not sure the process for the ship's crews. It is nice they have these places. The world is dependent on these merchant marines. I hope and wish for their safety always.
