Spiro exhibited a remarkable combination of professionalism, knowledge, and kindness throughout our interaction. It was evident that she has been trained very well, as she effortlessly addressed all of my inquiries with a thorough understanding of your services and products.

I don't usually come to this location but it is used by work. They gave me my package and it was wet and looked like coffee had been spilled on it???? They acted like they didn't notice. Why aren't they being more careful with the packages? And time before that, they lost a package. It's disappointing.

I was not home when a package needing a signature was unable to be delivered. The note asked me to come into this store to retrieve. The staff said it was not there yet and asked me to come back the following day.
I then received another note on my door saying that it was the final attempt at delivering.
I returned to this store and was given a phone number to call that was no longer in service. One of the associates then took my information and said they would call when I could pick up my package.
They never did, so I went back to this store and the staff told me it was their final attempt and returned my package to sender.
This is a joke of a business. The employees laughed and gave me the run-around when I was being patient.
Unacceptable behavior for a business.
