The heating element in my oven broke. I called John and he was able to come the next day.
He was very polite and professional. He showed me how I can fix the element myself the next time.

Needed a dryer repair to be done and John was extremely responsive, efficient in repairing and had us up and running that same day. Very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, discussed with us and proceeded with the repair upon our approval. Would not hesitate to call again should repairs be required in our household. Very professional and trustworthy.

They Were able to diagnose the problem and returned the next day with the replacement part. Oven was repaired less than 30 hours after first calling them, work quality was superb.Highly recommended.
