I haven’t been to Lompoc in 12 years. My son needed furniture. When I lived in Lompoc Andy was my guy at other place. As he always gave excellent service. So my son has nothing and crew and truck wasn’t available for few days to deliver. With my mask on in the store Andy says “Ronnie right “ my son says how did you know that’s my dad.
So I’ve had multiple back surgeries. Sitting on floor was basically impossible. Andy put the Sofa and Loveseat on a hand dolly and walked it down the street to my sons apartment. “THAT’S SERVICE” TYVM ANDY. literally 4-5 trips to help a Disabled Veteran out so I would have a place to sit while visiting my son. Keep up great service Andy. As I had also stopped by RAC who apparently we were a bother.

Andy is great and so is his staff. I have used Creative Rents several times. Each time they were able to help and work with me. Unlike the other place with poor customer service and are always hunting you down and/or camping on your doorstep or a family member!!!! Thank you Andy and staff we do appreciate everything.

Way better than rent a center by far. Andy has really great customer service and will take care of you. Highly recommend this place, I usually leave reviews when something is wrong with a buisness to let others know but I just had to leave a wonderful review, truly is a "Good Ol" store
