I am always super impressed with Lodi Memorial Park and Cemetery. Pretty much my entire family is out there, all the way back to my Great-Grandparents. A few years back I purchased our plot for the future and they worked with me and allowed me to make payments that I could afford. What a wonderful peace of mind for me and my children too! I wholeheartedly recommend them, they are consummate professionals always and so compassionate.

If I  could move my family,  I certainly would.  The staff here is some of most cold hearted, lack of compassion folks I have ever dealt with whe it comes to grief. I had always sent arrangements by  mail as I live in another state. The past staff was extremely caring and had hearts of gold. Never any problems placing my hand made arrangements and sending me a photo. They were always wonderful.  The staff this year should find jobs that don't involve human interaction.  My arrangements arrived and were not placed for 9 days. This was only after I called several times and left several emails. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and cold hearted, without a kind word to say. The would only talk over me and defend their wrong doing. Will not count on them placing arrangements again. Very upsetting and hurtful.

We went to the Memorial Day celebration and they did an excellent presentation to honor those who gave their lives for our country. There were flags lining the driveways, they had a band playing patriotic music as well as singers who performed the national anthem and a patriotic medley. The veteran speaker was outstanding and very informative, such a good storyteller. The Chaplin was also a good speaker and lead thoughtful prayers. At the end of the program there was a flyover and they served doughnuts.

It took over a hour to find the person I was looking for, despite downloading the app and looking at the map. There is no markers and the map is incorrect and confusing. Office was closed 1,5 before their closing time, doors were locked but there were cars parked right by. Very unprofessional! I can't recommend this place, just read other reviews, smh.
