Elizabeth who does my Botox is literally amazing! And she does such a amazing job . First time literally I was so scared but I didnt feel anything. And I honestly didnt feel anything. She is so much fun how she talks and know s what exactly she is doing. I definitely trust her! And she is beautiful. You definitely want a advice from someone who looks good . At Least I do . I cant thank her enough for my wrinkles disappearing. And the whole team their honestly good vibes

Today was my very first visit at Serenity
Medi-spa. Nichole is absolutely Amazing!!! She did my lazer treatment today and made sure I was comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Nichole to everyone. Also the staff there is very nice and friendly. Thank you so much. Service: Facial hair removal

I came to this place upon the recommendation of a friend. The Laser part was great. However, I'm allergic to Aloe, Paba, and lanoline. Which I informed them of, in writing, and verbally, as it's a huge allergy. Unfortunately, after my service, I had an allergic reaction. I sent photos, and even showed up to their office, the Tuesday after my Thursday Facial, because I wasn't sure if it was normal to have tiny blisters all over after laser treatment. I had taken Benedryl Monday night, after it was revealed they didn't know what was in their products, but I PROBABLY was having an allergic reaction. When I went in that Tuesday I asked for a list of their ingredients...I wad told they would have to contact the Manufacturer as they had no list on premis. This is against state law. I do not recommend this establishment for anything, if they cannot follow the basics, then they are dangerous! To add insult to injury...the facial itself sucked. The Nurse Practitioner had no idea what she was doing outside the use of the Laser. So upsetting I took a month to cool down before even placing this review.
