If i could give it zero star I would. Very unprofessional Dr. My wife told me that she was just explaining our daughter whats going on, while her teeth was being cleaned. Then all of the sudden the Dr. yelled "STOP, STOP," to my wife. Very rude. I told my wife " you could have told the Dr. your very unprofessional and stop everything and walked away." This my daughter's last visit to this Dr. Luisa Bermudez. BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST...

My sister went to this dentist. After she told me how she was treated I wanted to go confront this lady. Was being very rude and disrespectful. Did a poor job on my sisters fillings. Came out a few weeks after. She went to another dentist and they couldn't even tell she had any fillings done. Her staff was actually kind, do NOT recommend her however.

If you do not have a problem with your teeth and you feel like your beautiful already. Do not go there or take your kids there! This lady dentist is so rude! Idk of time made her that way or she hates her job. But we have been going there for 10 plus years and she has became very rude! I'm sorry we don't have great insurance. That's her fault for accepting medical. She made me feel insecure about my teeth. When I never had a problem with my teeth. And when I took my partner there she did the same exact thing. Now my partner hates her smile and I regret taking her there. I had a filling hurt so bad and when I came back to have it fixed she was so rude to me. Didn't tell me anything but what tooth is is and idk what the problem was. She did 4 fillings in one day. My whole head was hurting for the rest of the day. DO NOT GO THERE! One things forsure she does a good cleaning. But I'd prefer to get that elsewhere! Her assistant is amazing and her husband is also. But she is horribly mean. And she starts talking in her native language when she in your mouth. Like what's so important that you can't talk English! Smh! Now when I drink cold water it hurts. Even though she fixed it again. She needs to retire and enjoy her life in retirement because i don't think she likes her job anymore. Let her assistant take over. DO NOT GO THERE. Trust me
